Founder-led content & sales partner · deep tech · seed to Series B

Your engineering is exceptional. Your public voice should be too.

I work with technical founders to turn engineering depth into a body of work their market remembers: posts, positioning and the conversations that follow. About one hour of your week. Nothing goes live without your approval.

Founders I work with
Who this is for

Founders whose product is hard to explain and worth explaining.

  • YouTechnical founder-CEO. You can explain the physics, the failure modes and the roadmap yourself. You do not have the hours to do it in public every week.
  • StageSeed to Series B, typically $10M+ raised. The next raise, the next hire and the next customer all read your LinkedIn before they read your deck.
  • FieldAutomotive software, robotics, AEC, industrial AI, insurtech. Markets where the buyer is an engineer and generic thought leadership is a red flag.

If you are pre-seed, or you run a media page rather than a founder account, there are two smaller tracks at the bottom of this page.

Work

Three founders, three markets, one method.

Every engagement starts from the founder's own words and ends in a public body of work their niche cannot ignore. The posts below are real, linked, and unedited.

RemotiveLabs · Per SigurdsonCEO & co-founder · Gothenburg

Making one CEO the voice of the software-defined-vehicle community he already belonged to.

RemotiveLabs lets automotive teams develop and test software before the vehicle exists. Per had the credibility and the opinions. What was missing was a rhythm, and angles sharp enough to travel beyond the people who already knew him.

"Lukas, with both his experience in the automotive field and his strong focus on organic LinkedIn growth and value creation, has been a great sounding board and boost for supporting RemotiveLabs in finding more of the SDV community and strengthening our voice further."

NEOBIM · Florian Marthaler & Marko LazicCo-founders · Munich

Two founders, two voices: the site reality and the software market.

NEOBIM makes BIM useful in the messy bit between model and site. Florian writes from the construction floor, Marko from the market that is forming around replacing Revit. Two distinct bodies of work, one company that the AEC world now recognises.

InsureVision · Mark MillerCEO · London

Turning a new category, contextual driving risk, into something insurers could name.

InsureVision turns fleet dashcam video into learned risk intelligence. Mark's posts do the category work: what Progressive gets right, why nine of the top ten carriers lose money, what Tesla and Lemonade signal. The product sits inside the argument, not in front of it.

Method

You stay close to the thinking. I run the system around it.

One conversation a week becomes the raw material. Everything else, research, drafting, visuals, scheduling, reporting, is mine to carry.

Before we meet

Research

I read your product, your market and how you already talk. I arrive with angles, not a questionnaire.

Week 1 · one hour

Kickoff

We map short-, mid- and long-term goals: a raise, a trade fair, a hire, revenue with existing investors.

Week 1

The map

Goals become a content and campaign map we will actually use, in your language.

Week 2

First posts

The call is transcribed. It becomes the first posts and campaign outlines for the coming weeks.

Every week after

The loop

You approve. Publer publishes. I report reach, notable engagers, leads and deals, and we tune the next round.

What you never do
  • Write a post from a blank page
  • Open a scheduling tool
  • Chase analytics or engagers
  • Spend more than about an hour a week
What never happens
  • A post goes live without your approval
  • A voice that is not yours
  • Content for content's sake
  • A take on your field you would not defend in a room of engineers
10k+
The first two or three posts commonly break 10k impressions, with outliers at 40k to 100k+.
100k–1M+
Typical monthly reach, depending on the niche and how long we compound the work.
Remembered
Not vanity reach: a founder-led body of work your niche recognises and quotes.
About

Engineer first. The method comes from that.

I am a mechanical engineer who ended up in go-to-market. The work I do for founders is the work I did for myself first: my own account passed 10 million impressions in the last twelve months, on technical automotive topics, without a single generic post.

I keep a small number of founders at a time so I can actually understand what they build. If I cannot follow your engineering, I cannot write about it, and I will tell you so on the first call.

Start with the call

Thirty minutes, your account on screen. You leave with three angles whether or not we work together.

Questions founders ask

The part you actually read.

Will it sound like me?
Yes. Everything starts from your own words: the kickoff transcript, your calls, your documents, your comments. I write in your voice and you approve every line. After the first month most founders stop being able to tell which sentences they said and which I drafted.
Who writes?
I do, with a system I built for it. The angles, the judgement and the final word are mine. The tooling makes me fast; it does not have opinions about your field.
How much of my time does it take?
About one hour a week. One conversation, transcribed, and a few minutes to approve what comes out of it. If you have more to give, the cadence goes up. If you have less in a given week, the queue is already full.
What if I do not like a post?
It does not go out. Nothing is published without your approval, and you can pull anything at any time. Disagreement is useful: it is how the map gets sharper.
Do you work with my competitors?
No. I take one founder per niche. If a competitor of yours asks, I say no and tell you.
How fast does it work?
The first two or three posts usually break 10k impressions. The commercial part, the leads and the conversations, compounds over months, which is why the minimum is three.
What happens when we stop?
You keep everything: the posts, the map, the audience and the account. It was always yours. I hand over the queue and the reporting on the last day.
